Anyone else love living in Temple Terrace?

OK so I work in consulting and Median household income is $65,756, which feels about average for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Temple Terrace?

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. outdoor recreation used to be much manageable but now it's underrated.
