Hey folks, I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $1,489/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 26,922 people. Median household income is $65,756, which feels about average for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
