Just moved to Temple Terrace, any tips?

I've been here for 9 years and Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. Homes are going for about $306,200 on average. Household incomes average around $65,756 in Temple Terrace. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Cheers. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. I've lived in Sunset for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good healthcare facilities
- The cultural scene scene is decent

The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Urban sprawl is real

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for singles. Feel free to reach out with questions..
