Hey everyone, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $1,489 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
