OK so I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Let me know your thoughts. Cheers. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a project manager who relocated here from Atlanta about 6 years ago. The main reasons were family and school.
Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Four distinct seasons
- Affordable housing options
Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Can feel isolated
Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are pricey, gas is tough.
Socially, I'm still on the fence after all this time. No regrets on my end..
