Ten Mile Creek job market vs Miami

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $127,708 in Ten Mile Creek. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Anyone in a similar situation? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Greenfield side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.
