Most overrated things about Terrace Park

Hey everyone, My partner and I are Rent is about $3,188/month for a decent place. With a population of 2,282, Terrace Park is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much reasonable but now it's improving.
