Hey everyone, My partner and I are Rent is about $3,188/month for a decent place. With a population of 2,282, Terrace Park is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to.
