Housing in Terrytown compared to Tucson

So, It's a a smaller city city with about 25,844 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this? TIA! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I'm a sales manager and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is solid and there's always something going on.
