Random thought, Military spouse here. It's a a small town city with about 10,962 people. Median household income is $112,262, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thanks in advance! The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
