How is Texarkana for outdoor activities?

So, Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 16.7%, which is higher than I expected. You can expect to pay around $893 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Southern places. it's not perfect but it works for me.
