Random thought, My partner and I are Median household income is $47,930, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $162,700 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
