Housing in Texarkana compared to Los Angeles

Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 36,039, Texarkana is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Texarkana sits at 419.8 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The school system is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
