Curious what people think. We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $159,700, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $990 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 36,039 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
