Co-working spaces in Texas City?

Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. The median home value here is around $190,600, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $1,200 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thoughts? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from Portland and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Eastside. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in education. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 9 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

Definitely worth checking out..
