Planning a move to Texas City -neighborhoods?

Alright, I work in media and Crime rate is something to consider -Texas City sits at 400.7 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.
