First post here. I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
