Relocating to The Colony, TX -pros and cons?

Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $1,884 for rent here. Rent is about $1,884/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -The Colony sits at 275.1 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thanks! The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to.
