Just moved here 3 months ago and It's a a smaller city city with about 58,548 people. Crime rate is something to consider -The Hammocks sits at 231.7 per 100K. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.
Pros:

- Diverse community
- Easy commute
- Strong sense of community
- Plenty of shopping options
Cons:
- Cold winters
- Limited nightlife
- Limited dining options
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Homelessness issues downtown
