Studio apartments in The Hammocks -options?

Alright, Military spouse here. Median household income is $83,253, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $437,700, which is pretty steep. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? Appreciate any input. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value dating scene, you'll love it. The pet-friendliness is genuinely better than expected and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. My neighborhood (Old Town) is developing and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from San Francisco, be prepared for the culture shock. job market is completely different here. And Dating scene is rough.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
