Hi all, It's a a small town city with about 4,988 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Boston and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Greenfield. It's tough for what you get.
Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in tech you might struggle.
People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like BBQ.
Good luck with whatever you decide..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Houston it's challenging.
