The Pinery is underrated, change my mind

Hey everyone, Been living here since 2016. Poverty rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.
