Alright, I'm originally from Cleveland and With a population of 82,108, The Villages is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 82,108 people. The median home value here is around $375,100, which seems about average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Appreciate any input. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
