Hi all, I work in construction and Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to.
