Biggest downsides of living in The Woodlands?
Hey folks, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 117K, The Woodlands is a mid-size city. You can expect to pay around $1,792 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
