Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and It's a a small town city with about 6,645 people. Median household income is $53,814, which feels on the lower side for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,104 for rent here. The median home value here is around $257,400, which seems about average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
