Best neighborhoods to rent in Thibodaux?
OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $237,400, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $989/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $989 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

What neighborhoods would you suggest? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
