Curious what people think. My partner and I are You can expect to pay around $989 for rent here. Homes are going for about $237,400 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What are your go-to spots? TIA! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up.
