Thomasville is underrated, change my mind

I'm originally from Indianapolis and Poverty rate is 14.3%, which is around average. You can expect to pay around $1,025 for rent here. Rent is about $1,025/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $196,500, which is actually reasonable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. What are your go-to spots? The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

Bought a house here in 2015 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
