Anyone work in healthcare in Thomasville?

Hey everyone, The median home value here is around $163,200, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $853 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The housing market is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
