Hey everyone, Crime rate is something to consider -Thompson's Station sits at 110.5 per 100K. Household incomes average around $122,139 in Thompson's Station. You can expect to pay around $2,124 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks in advance! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
