Curious what people think. Been living here since 2013. Homes are going for about $235,200 on average. Household incomes average around $71,714 in Thompsonville. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any advice would be great. Cheers. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
