Curious what people think. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $235,200, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
