Affordable areas near Thonotosassa?

OK so We have two kids and Homes are going for about $287,600 on average. Poverty rate is 10.9%, which is around average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thanks for reading. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Charlotte it's better than expected.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
