Best and worst neighborhoods in Thorndale

Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Houston and Poverty rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are average, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Pine Hills. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in government. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Mediterranean.

Definitely worth checking out..
