Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The food scene is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a project manager who relocated here from Atlanta about 8 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Good airport with direct flights
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Limited shopping options
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are developing, gas is excellent.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I've been living here for 11 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The outdoor recreation is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is improving in most areas.
