Moving from New York to Thornton next month

Hi all, Household incomes average around $100,985 in Thornton. Rent is about $1,810/month for a decent place. Median household income is $100,985, which feels pretty solid for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'm a chef and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is challenging in most areas.
