Cheapest neighborhoods in Thousand Oaks?

So, I've been here for 18 years and Homes are going for about $951,200 on average. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,580 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to Portland it's better than expected.
