Commute times in Thousand Oaks — how bad?

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 126K, Thousand Oaks is a mid-size city. It's a a mid-size city city with about 126K people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Hot take but it's improved dramatically in recent years. I know a lot of people disagree but after 11 years here, that's my honest assessment.
