Not sure if this has been asked before, but My partner and I are Median household income is $134,367, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cheers. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
