Quick question about Thousand Oaks

So, Been living here since 2023. It's a a mid-size city city with about 126K people. Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The food scene is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Springfield area are pretty good. Kids love it here.
