So, Been living here since 2023. It's a a mid-size city city with about 126K people. Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
