How are the schools in Three Lakes?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a remote worker and With a population of 16,426, Three Lakes is a small town. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 16,426 people. The median home value here is around $434,800, which is pretty steep. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Austin about 11 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good internet infrastructure
- Active local events and festivals

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Road conditions need improvement

Financially, we've found it hit or miss compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are affordable, gas is excellent.

Socially, it exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Uptown area are improving. Kids love it here.
