Living in Three Oaks -the reality

I'm retired and Household incomes average around $102,392 in Three Oaks. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to.

Bought a house here in 2018 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
