Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 2 months ago and It's a a small town city with about 5,033 people. Rent is about $988/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Three Points sits at 2,435.6 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Would love some local perspective. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development.
