Best apartments in Three Points under ?

Hey everyone, Military spouse here. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $988 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Let me know your thoughts. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much growing but now it's surprisingly good.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 10 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is outdoor recreation. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Uptown side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
