Anyone else love living in Tigard?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $105,008, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 55,395 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks for reading.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much manageable but now it's tough.
