How is the nightlife in Tigard?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Tigard sits at 214.0 per 100K. The median home value here is around $585,700, which is pretty steep. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Tigard? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..
