Hey, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $105,008, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $585,700 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
