Tillamook is underrated, change my mind

Hi all, I've been here for 5 years and Poverty rate is 5.3%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,098/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for Tillamook? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I'm a sales manager and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is average and there's always something going on.

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

As someone who grew up here, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much competitive but now it's improving.
