Best neighborhoods in Timberlake

Hey, Just moved here 13 months ago and Household incomes average around $68,833 in Timberlake. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Hope this helps!.

Moved here from Portland about 14 years ago. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Still getting used to community vibe but Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
