Moving from Las Vegas to Timberlake next month

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $1,037 for rent here. With a population of 12,833, Timberlake is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Decent public transit for the size
- The community vibe scene is excellent

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for remote workers. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
